Responsibilities Custodial:

• Upkeep and maintenance of 5 outdoor portable lavatories.
• Landscape work: assist with the maintenance and care of the ranch including but not limited to; lavatory area, customer viewing areas, pathways, employee areas, the parking lot, and elsewhere as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills:

• Ability to listen attentively and follow instructions in an efficient manor.
• Ability to learn and educate.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain small motor equipment and some heavy equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of ranch operations.
• Previous Landscaping or custodial work is a plus!
