THE POSITION

You will work alongside our team providing professional cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.

Our services include:

Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning Pressure Washing House Washing / Soft Washing Gutter Cleaning Solar Panel Cleaning Roof Washing Your day may include cleaning interior and exterior windows, operating pressure washing and soft washing equipment, using water-fed poles, setting up and moving hoses and equipment, climbing ladders, interacting professionally with customers, and helping keep our equipment and work areas organized. We take pride in providing a high level of service. Our technicians work at customers' homes and businesses, so professionalism, attention to detail, respect for the property, and a positive attitude are extremely important.

WHO YOU ARE

No previous window cleaning or pressure washing experience required Hard-working, hungry, humble, and willing to learn Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to lift and carry equipment as needed Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, detailing, construction, or another home-service trade is a plus, but NOT required We hire for attitude and character and train for skill.

COMPENSATION

$21-$28 per hour Starting pay is $21/hour. There is room to earn more as you gain experience, demonstrate proficiency and reliability, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with Rexterior.

SCHEDULE

Part-time Approximately 15-25 hours per week Weekday/daytime availability is important.
