What You'll Be Doing Provide high-quality residential cleans in a range of homes, from apartments to larger family homes Follow TidyTask's cleaning checklists and quality standards during each visit Upload before-and-after photos to document completed work Occasionally assist with light commercial cleaning jobs Provide dependable, professional, and friendly service to every client What We're Looking For Our ideal candidates will have: Prior professional experience in residential cleaning (required) Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, or turnover cleans (preferred) Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and best practices Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Their own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, and other necessary supplies Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude Willingness to undergo a company-paid background check Ready to Apply?
