Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality cleaning services that create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, efficient time management, and commitment to sanitation will ensure properties are spotless and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to health standards and company policies Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other tools efficiently and safely Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as outdoor surface cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas Use cleaning detergents safely while adhering to proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any issues encountered during the cleaning process Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is mandatory Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards is advantageous Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently Experience working outdoors or in varied environments is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards client communication Knowledge of cleaning equipment, detergents, and safety procedures related to housekeeping management Requirements Valid Colorado driver's license Reliable personal transportation Ability to successfully complete a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time-management and organizational abilities Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Reliable computer access and internet Comfortable working independently and interacting with residents and prospective tenants Sales and customer service experience required Ability to commute to Colorado Springs, Fountain and Pueblo.
