Job Description

SET PAY RATE
$17.75/
Hour Shift:
Friday- Sunday 10:00 pm- 5:30 am Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator. What you will do Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required) Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards Follow all safety policies and contract requirements What's in it for you?
