Independent Commercial Cleaning Contractor Peak Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide commercial cleaning services for local businesses on contract. This is a great opportunity for experienced cleaners, cleaning professionals, or individuals looking to build their own independent cleaning work while taking on local commercial cleaning contracts. What You'll Do Clean and maintain commercial facilities according to established cleaning standards Perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, trash removal, and restroom cleaning Clean offices, common areas, break rooms, and other assigned areas Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service Communicate with Peak Cleaning regarding job completion, access, supplies, and any issues Complete assigned cleaning jobs thoroughly and on schedule Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs when identified Work recurring contracts What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work independently with minimal supervision Professional and respectful when working at client locations Good communication skills Able to follow written cleaning instructions and checklists Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Must have reliable transportation to assigned job locations Must be able to pass any client-required screening, if applicable Compensation Independent contractor / per-job opportunities with possible recurring long term contracts Competitive pay based on the size, scope, and requirements of each cleaning assignments. Opportunities for additional cleaning assignments as the business grows Flexible scheduling based on available assignments and client needs Pay will be discussed based on the specific cleaning assignment before work is accepted. Meaning each week and or month you will be at the same facility/business. Important This position is for independent contractors , not traditional employees. Contractors are responsible for meeting their own applicable tax, licensing, insurance, transportation, and business requirements.
