Job Overview Pulse Pressure Washing is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented technician to join our growing team. This role involves much more than basic pressure washing. Our crews handle pressure washing, soft washing, paver sealing, re-sanding, exterior window cleaning, roof cleaning, and other exterior cleaning and restoration services throughout Southwest Florida. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can follow a process carefully, and is comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat. No prior experience is required, but experience with pressure washing, paver sealing, landscaping, construction, detailing, or similar hands-on work is a major plus. Pulse is growing quickly, so this can also be a strong opportunity for someone interested in eventually moving into a crew leader or management role. Responsibilities Operate professional pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently. Clean driveways, sidewalks, lanais, pool decks, house exteriors, roofs, and other exterior surfaces. Assist with paver sealing projects, including pressure washing, preparation, re-sanding joints, and applying sealer. Apply cleaning solutions and chemicals properly while protecting landscaping, surrounding surfaces, and customer property. Perform exterior window cleaning using professional purified-water equipment. Move and replace outdoor furniture as needed before and after cleaning or sealing. Protect doors, windows, pool edges, landscaping, and other sensitive areas during service. Use ladders and other equipment safely when necessary. Load, unload, and organize equipment, hoses, chemicals, sand, and other job materials. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of pressure washers, pumps, hoses, reels, and other equipment. Follow Pulse procedures for job preparation, cleanup, quality control, and customer property protection. Take before-and-after photos and communicate any issues or concerns found on the property. Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and work area. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers. Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining a high standard of quality. Experience & Qualifications No previous pressure washing or paver sealing experience is required; training is provided. Previous experience with pressure washing, paver sealing, landscaping, construction, detailing, pool service, or other hands-on work is highly preferred. Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in Florida heat and changing weather conditions. Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and materials. Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures. Able to follow detailed instructions and learn new processes quickly. Strong attention to detail and willingness to correct small imperfections rather than rushing through a job. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Must be dependable, professional, and able to show up on time. Experience working with customers is a plus. For AMU Students This position can work well around a college schedule, but applicants need to have meaningful blocks of availability. Pay:
