Your responsibilities will include:

Performing residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Following established cleaning procedures and checklists Working efficiently and cooperatively with team members Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality Properly using and caring for company cleaning supplies and equipment Following safety procedures and reporting any concerns to management Communicating professionally with clients, teammates, and management Working independently when necessary Helping ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service What We're Looking For We're seeking team members who are: Reliable and punctual — someone we can count on to show up and be ready to work Detail-oriented — someone who notices the little things and takes pride in quality Hardworking and efficient — able to maintain a productive pace without sacrificing results Team players — willing to communicate, cooperate, and support fellow team members Professional and respectful — representing our company positively in clients' homes and businesses Coachable and accountable — willing to follow instructions, accept feedback, and continually improve Position Requirements Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Have a working cell phone for scheduling and communication Be able to pass a criminal background check Be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the workday Be willing to travel between cleaning locations within our service area Be able to follow company procedures and maintain professional standards Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position offering approximately 10-30 hours per week to start , with opportunities for additional hours as the company grows. Our regular scheduling window is Monday through Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM.

Important scheduling expectations:

Employees are scheduled for specific workdays, not necessarily every day Monday through Saturday. On assigned workdays, employees must be available for the full 9 AM-6 PM window unless otherwise specified or approved by management. The number of cleaning appointments and daily ending times may vary. Additional appointments may be assigned during scheduled workdays based on client needs. Occasional evening or Sunday opportunities may be available based on client requests. We value flexibility and clear communication and strive to maintain an organized, efficient scheduling process.
