Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
