ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following; Clean and sanitize community buildings, offices, restrooms, entry areas, and other common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain disposal areas Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, furniture, and high-touch surfaces Maintain cleanliness around entrances, and amenity areas Perform light setup and cleanup for HOA meetings and community events Monitor restrooms and buildings for needed supplies or unsafe conditions Report leaks, damage, vandalism, burned-out lights, and other maintenance issues promptly Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Help maintain a neat and professional appearance throughout the community Complete assigned cleaning schedules, checklists, and other related duties Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Professional and courteous when interacting with residents, guests, staff, and vendors Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check 100 % paid Health Benefits (Health, Vision, and Dental) after 30 days.
