PHSC's Porter Campus oversees the credentialing approval process for the following high schools: Cypress Creek High School Sunlake High School Wesley Chapel High School Wiregrass Ranch High School Responsibilities Prior to application, the applicant must have the Dual Enrollment Instructor Pre-qualification Form (Download PDF reader) completed and signed by their school-based administrator. This form should be uploaded as part of the application.
