Day shift (typically 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM), open weekend availability required (Friday through Monday peak windows plus high-demand weekdays) ​About the Role ​River & Rose Cleaning Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cabin Turnover Specialist to service our portfolio of vacation rentals throughout the Helen and Sautee Nacoochee area. ​This position starts as a seasonal role with a direct opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position for a reliable team player who takes pride in five-star work. Company Transportation Provided:

You drive your personal vehicle to our staging facility in Alto, GA each morning. From there, we provide all transportation to and from the properties —saving your personal vehicle from mountain mileage, gas, and rough gravel roads.

You Never Clean Alone:

Safety, teamwork, and speed come first. You will always work in a synchronized 2- or 3-person crew . You will never be left stranded in an isolated cabin by yourself.

Zero In-Home Laundry:

We process all property linens off-site at our commercial facility. You simply bag the dirty linens and reset the cabin with clean linens—you will never have to take laundry home to wash on your own dime.

Piece-Rate Pay That Rewards Your Hustle:

You earn a 15% commission per completed clean . Because we clean in coordinated teams, our turns move quickly (typically 45 minutes on standard cabins up to 1.5 hours on larger estates). The sharper and faster our team works, the higher your effective hourly rate—averaging $19.00 to $23.00 per hour on-site. Responsibilities Meet the team at our facility in Alto, GA each morning to load supplies and travel together to the daily route. Work alongside team members to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and reset cabins within daily turnover windows (typically 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Strip beds, bag dirty linens, and remake beds with fresh clean linens. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common living spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and take all trash to designated property bins. Stage guest supplies and amenities so properties meet five-star standards before check-in. Requirements Reliable Commute to

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record and current driver's license.

Schedule Commitment:

Full-time availability with required open availability on peak turnover days (Friday, Sunday, and Monday, along with mid-week booking turns).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle physical, fast-paced work—including stairs, bending, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
