Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when necessary. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices. Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, detergents, and floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and outdoor work experience. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning preferences. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation standards, dusting techniques, and proper use of cleaning products.
