Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to ensure cleanliness and freshness. Manage housekeeping tasks in accordance with established standards and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Conduct thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with commercial cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a reliable personal vehicle Must reside in or near the Conyers area (including Covington, Lithonia, or Stone Mountain) Must possess a valid driver's license Must be available full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and equipment used in the industry. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning assignments. Experience in hotel or custodial services is a plus but not required.
