Soth Ave Location Qualification:
High School Diploma with two (2) to three (3) years of custodial and facilities experience, two year college degree or higher preferred. Thorough knowledge of building maintenance needs, supplies, and equipment. Ability to read and write and understand general instructions. Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Ability to mix as well as use a variety of cleaning chemicals and different cleaning agents. Must have experience in the usage of different cleaning compounds when it comes to the use of various chemicals. Must have own transportation with a valid State of Georgia driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage. Must be able to attend all meetings, local, out of town and out ofBenefits:
