Part-Time Cleaner Specialist —

Part-time Schedule:

Evening shifts, approximately 7-10 hours per week

Compensation:

Approximately $130 per week to start, increasing to approximately $150 per week beginning in November. Paid on the 1st and 15th. Job overview ResurgeCo, in partnership with Stratus Clean, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner Specialist for two commercial cleaning locations. This is a part-time evening position with an immediate start. The selected cleaner will assist another team member at Dentistry for Children in Union City and will be solely responsible for completing the assigned cleaning duties at the SIPA office building in Atlanta. There will be opportunities for additional work as ResurgeCo and Stratus Clean add locations and assignments. Weekly earnings may increase based on attendance, reliability, quality of work, and the cleaner's ability to successfully handle additional assignments. New assignments and compensation will be communicated in advance. Current schedule and payDentistry for Children — Union City Assist Juewona with cleaning three evenings per week Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per cleaning $20 per completed cleaning Beginning in November, the schedule increases to four evenings per week SIPA office building — Atlanta Clean the location independently Tuesday and Friday evenings after 6:00 p.m. Approximately two hours per cleaning $35 per completed cleaning The current schedule pays approximately $130 per week. Beginning in November, the additional Dentistry for Children cleaning increases expected weekly pay to approximately $150. Pay is issued on the 1st and 15th. Responsibilities Complete assigned commercial cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Clean and restock restrooms and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces Follow location-specific cleaning instructions and safety procedures Communicate supply needs, building concerns, or incomplete tasks promptly Work cooperatively with the lead cleaner at Dentistry for Children Work independently and secure the SIPA location after cleaning Qualifications Dependable transportation to Union City and Atlanta Consistent Tuesday and Friday evening availability Availability for three Dentistry for Children cleanings each week and four beginning in November Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Ability to work independently without direct supervision Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client instructions Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning duties Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old How to apply Complete the Cleaner Specialist application: https://form.jotform.com/262864475978075 Qualified applicants will be contacted regarding next steps.
