What We Offer Competitive pay based on completed jobs (typically equivalent to $20-30+ per hour) Paid training Weekday morning schedule Flexible part-time hours with opportunity for full-time as we continue growing Opportunities for advancement into Lead Cleaner positions Positive, supportive team environment Performance-based raises Typical Schedule Monday-Friday Primarily 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (varies by workload) Occasional weekend availability is appreciated but not required Schedule released in advance as jobs are booked What You'll Do Perform professional apartment move-out and residential cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas Detail appliances, cabinets, baseboards, blinds and fixtures Follow Evergreen Cleaning's quality checklist Work efficiently with a teammate Complete final walkthroughs to ensure every unit meets company standards Represent Evergreen professionally while interacting with property managers and clients We're Looking For Someone Who ✔ Shows up on time ✔ Communicates well ✔ Takes pride in doing quality work ✔ Notices the small details ✔ Enjoys physical, active work ✔ Works well on a team ✔ Wants a long-term opportunity—not just another job Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Able to lift 40 pounds Comfortable standing, bending and walking throughout the day Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the United States Cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
