English/Spanish Happy Maids is a family-owned residential cleaning company that has proudly served the Northwest Chicago suburbs for over 40 years. Many of our cleaning professionals have been with us for 5, 10, and even 15+ years because we believe in treating our employees with respect, providing steady work, and creating a supportive team environment. We're looking for an experienced residential cleaner who speaks Spanish and English and enjoys helping others learn and succeed. This is a hands-on cleaning position with additional opportunities to train new employees, support Spanish-speaking team members, and help our office communicate effectively with the cleaning teams. What You'll Do Clean clients' homes alongside our residential cleaning teams Help train new cleaning professionals and demonstrate proper cleaning techniques Assist with interviewing and welcoming Spanish-speaking applicants Help Spanish-speaking employees understand schedules, instructions, and company expectations Communicate with our office in English and with employees in Spanish Help maintain our cleaning quality and customer service standards Provide occasional office and team support as needed What We're Looking For Professional residential house cleaning experience required Fluent Spanish and conversational English required Friendly, patient, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable teaching and helping others Good communication and teamwork skills Previous training or leadership experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, daytime only. No nights or weekends! Typical cleaning hours are between 7 AM and 5 PM, depending on the daily schedule. Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience.
