This position performs routine and specialized floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and other related services to maintain a professional and hygienic environment. The Project Team Member also performs construction and vacant facility cleanings, flood cleanup and restoration services, seasonal cleaning projects, and other special cleaning requests. The role requires the safe operation of a variety of floor care equipment and cleaning machinery and may involve moving furniture, equipment, boxes, and other materials to complete assigned work. The Project Team Member works at client facilities and is expected to maintain positive customer relationships, communicate project and facility needs promptly, and complete assigned work orders according to established quality and safety standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, flexibility, initiative, time-management skills, and the ability to work effectively under changing or time-sensitive conditions. Essential Functions Perform routine and specialized floor care services at assigned client facilities. Prepare floors and carpets for cleaning by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming assigned surfaces. Operate floor care equipment, including square scrub machines, Doodle scrubbers, burnishers, wet/dry vacuums with squeegee attachments, rotary floor machines, backpack vacuums, Taski dry foam machines, and other related equipment. Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, scrubbing, and other assigned floor maintenance tasks. Clean and maintain carpeted areas and perform carpet cleaning and spot removal as assigned. Remove stains from floor mats, runners, rugs, upholstery, walls, floors, carpets, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning chemicals and solutions. Perform construction and vacant facility cleanings, including post-construction terminal cleaning and other specialized cleaning projects. Perform flood cleanup and other seasonal or special cleaning assignments as required. Remove construction dust and clean walls, ceiling tiles, vents, light fixtures, and other assigned areas during project cleanings. Move office, medical, and/or warehouse furniture, equipment, boxes, crates, and other items as needed to complete assigned work. Mix and use cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Follow all procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners, floor care equipment, power equipment, and other job-related tools. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all applicable safety procedures and regulations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project. Monitor building security and safety at assigned facilities, including locking office and facility doors, reporting unauthorized occupants, turning off lights, and arming alarm systems according to established procedures. Monitor equipment and company vehicles and promptly notify management of any major concerns or issues. Complete assigned work according to work orders and established project requirements. Complete and submit a report at the end of each shift, including before-and-after photographs of completed work. Maintain positive and professional customer relationships while working on-site. Promptly communicate building issues, cleanliness concerns, equipment problems, and project needs to the immediate supervisor. Request necessary supplies and equipment and maintain inventory as required to complete assigned work. Follow all company, client, facility, and applicable safety requirements and regulations. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, lifting, and moving furniture and equipment. Ability to safely operate floor care equipment, cleaning machinery, power equipment, and other job-related tools. Knowledge of proper floor care techniques, cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals. Ability to safely mix and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with established guidelines and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Ability to properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow required safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to work independently and complete assigned work orders with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, clients, and facility personnel. Ability to work effectively under changing or time-sensitive conditions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required by business needs. Good driving records and valid state drivers license Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous floor care or janitorial experience. Experience performing specialized floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing. Experience operating commercial floor care equipment and carpet cleaning equipment. Experience performing construction, vacant facility, flood cleanup, restoration, or other specialty cleaning projects. Experience working in medical, office, warehouse, manufacturing, educational, or other commercial facilities. Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), cleaning chemicals, PPE, and workplace safety procedures. Experience completing work orders, project reports, and before-and-after documentation. Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on client and project requirements. Physical Demands The Project Team Member position requires regular physical activity associated with floor care, specialty cleaning, construction cleaning, and facility support. The position requires the ability to stand constantly and walk frequently; lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally; push and pull cleaning equipment; climb stairs; bend, squat, kneel, and reach frequently; and reach above the shoulder occasionally. The position may also require moving furniture, equipment, boxes, and crates and operating floor care equipment for extended periods. Physical demands and frequencies may vary depending on the assigned project, facility, equipment, cleaning requirements, and business needs. Monday - Friday 6pm-2:30am Weekend work available Total 40 hours per week
