About the job:

Compensation is $15.00 per hour during the 2-4 week training period. After training, our technicians average $15

• 30 per hour (weekly pay typically averages $600 to $1000 based on work load and experience). Typical business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am
• 4:30 pm.

This is a full time, seasonal position. There may be days that you do not work due to bad weather, but we are busy so we try to work as much as possible. Our exterior crew typically works until the winter season. This position has the potential for the opportunity to return in the Spring. Our service area covers Ottawa to Princeton and Mendota to Streator. You MUST be able to meet in LaSalle, IL at the start of each work day. You MUST meet the following requirements:

• MUST have a friendly personality and be able to warmly interact with our clients on a daily basis. Our clients need to be comfortable that their home is in good hands.
• Have a respectable appearance including proper grooming and hygiene.
• Physically able to perform labor intensive tasks including lifting 80-lbs and climbing and carrying a 24-foot extension ladder.
• Attention to detail is highly desired.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Vehicle with up to date insurance
• Speak fluent English
• Pass a national criminal background check
