Minimum 25 hours per week Position Summary Happy Hands Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to provide janitorial services at Aligned Data Center. This position requires individuals who can work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and consistently deliver quality results in a professional environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas. Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility. Clean glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces. Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed. Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and schedules. Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition. Adhere to all facility security, safety, and company policies. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and professional environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to pass any required background screening for facility access.
