Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain optimal appearance and safety standards. Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Maintain cleanliness of industrial or commercial cleaning areas by following safety protocols and proper procedures. Support porter duties by moving furniture or supplies as needed to facilitate cleaning or maintenance activities. Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and waxing. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting or minor repairs is preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
