Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning duties, including industrial cleaning, floor care, and custodial tasks.
• Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
• Paint and finish surfaces as needed.
• Conduct routine buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
