POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Janitor at Tarter, your core responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and Sanitization:

Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary manufacturing facility. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting various areas.

Waste Management:

Properly handle and dispose of waste materials, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Restroom Maintenance:

Regularly clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

Supply Management:

Monitor and request cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure their availability for daily tasks.

Safety Awareness:

Contribute to a safe working environment by promptly identifying and reporting any safety hazards or concerns. Assistance with

Special Projects:

Assist with special cleaning or maintenance projects as needed.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace.

WORKING CONDITIONS
