Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Special Project Cleaning Technician to join our team on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule, working Monday through Sunday. This role involves performing specialized cleaning tasks across various projects, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong janitorial skills, experience with cleaning equipment, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Duties Execute specialized cleaning projects including window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitation of different surfaces. Handle chemical products safely in accordance with safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively. Conduct manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of commercial spaces and ensure infection control standards are met or exceeded. Operate cleaning machinery such as pressure washers and floor buffers with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally during project execution. Requirements Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience, including familiarity with janitorial procedures and infection control practices. Skills in window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation techniques. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines. Experience operating various cleaning equipment and tools efficiently. Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks associated with commercial cleaning projects. Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
