We'd love to hear from you! E L Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our growing team. This is a W-2 position with real opportunity to grow within the company. In this role, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our clients' homes — bringing energy and care to every space you clean, and helping create a welcoming, spotless environment they can be proud of. It's a great way to make a genuine, positive impact on someone's day-to-day life. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (approximately) Pay $16.00/hour — no experience required $17.00/hour — with cleaning experience Mileage reimbursed for driving between jobs What We Offer Full-time position Opportunity for growth within the company Paid mileage Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces — bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas as needed Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures to consistently meet health and safety standards Use cleaning equipment and products effectively on surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery Dust, clean windows, and maintain floor care through vacuuming, mopping, and polishing Safely handle manual tasks, including lifting furniture or appliances when needed Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service Help keep cleaning supplies organized and equipment well-maintained Deliver consistent, high-quality service in every home What We're Looking For 18 years or older Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Valid Social Security Number Strong work ethic and integrity Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client homes Willingness to pass a background check No experience necessary — training provided A Plus, But Not Required Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience Comfort with manual tasks and lifting Great communication skills for excellent customer service Join Our Team!
