The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in both residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring spaces are tidy, sanitized, and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization. Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet cleanliness standards. Handle trash disposal and restocking of supplies as needed. Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently. Follow specific client instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned within designated timeframes to meet scheduling requirements. Qualifications At least one year of cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
