We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who is confident working independently and as part of a team. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works efficiently without constant supervision, and maintains high cleaning standards across a variety of residential and commercial environments. This position will begin with part-time hours, with the opportunity for increased hours, full-time employment, and leadership responsibilities as business needs develop. Applicants must be available for a potential transition to full-time work in the future. Key Responsibilities Perform routine residential and commercial cleaning to company standards. Complete detailed deep cleans, recurring maintenance cleaning, and specialty projects. Work independently at assigned properties, including homes, offices, and commercial facilities. Assist with established Sunday evening commercial cleaning accounts. Follow detailed cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and quality expectations. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Communicate professionally with clients and company management. Maintain confidentiality, security, and professionalism when working in client properties. Take initiative, manage time effectively, and complete assignments without direct supervision. Assist with larger projects and collaborate with other cleaning technicians as needed.

Qualifications Required:

Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job locations. Consistent Sunday evening availability. Availability for additional weekday and evening assignments. Willingness and availability to transition into full-time employment as the company grows. Comfortable working independently, including at unfamiliar properties after appropriate orientation and training. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to perform the physical duties of professional cleaning, with or without reasonable accommodation. Professional communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred:

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience. Experience with deep cleaning or commercial facilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently. Prior leadership, supervisory, or training experience. Interest in professional growth and developing leadership skills. Monitoring supplies, equipment, and job readiness. Serving as a point of contact for assigned cleaning projects. Advancement will depend on performance, demonstrated leadership ability, company growth, and available positions. Compensation & Scheduling Starting hourly compensation: $18-$22, depending on qualifications and experience. Part-time hours initially, based on available client work. Sunday evening work is an essential part of this position. Additional weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as client demand increases.
