High school diploma required. Maintenance skills certifications preferred but not required. Strong work ethic; ability to work with students, staff, and community in a positive manner. Experience and mechanical ability preferred, but not required.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular custodial duties in assigned areas of the building;
- Perform duties to include maintenance, waste management, supply management, and safety;
- Assist in removing snow/applying salt to assigned entryways;
- Ensure outside doors and windows are locked for security during and after school each day;
- All other duties assigned by the Supervisor of Custodial/Maintenance or Building Principal;
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds;
- Ability to communicate through e-mail, as well as knowledge of basic forms of technology;
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions;
- Maintain good attendance
