ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaner/Janitor

• Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept, or dirty.
• Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use common cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, dusters, brooms, and others Training
• Monthly check-ins/training:
• Equipment tutorials
• Equipment maintenance
• Cleaning techniques
• Identifying "dirtiness"
• Performance standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

(MUST HAVES)

• HS Diploma, or GED
• 18 years of age
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
• Work well alone and/or with team members (work is done individually, but team accomplishes larger goals)
