JOB SUMMARY

Here at Henry Ford Genesys Health Club we love to keep our facility sparkling for our members. We need you, a hardworking individual, for our overnight cleaning crew team. We are looking for new members who can work 1st shift (10am-3pm) Schedule is expected to be Saturday and Sunday along with 1-2 shifts during the week. Starting pay is $13.75 per hour with a raise to $14.25 after 45 scheduled shifts and $14.75 after 90 scheduled shifts. You will also receive full membership to our club which can be shared with your spouse, child, parent, sibling or individual living under the same residency.

//www.henryfordgenesyshealthclub.com/ This is a very active job with frequent walking, bending, turning, twisting, lifting, etc. Previous custodial experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Cleaning tasks will be in all areas of our club and will include floors, windows, showers, bathroom stalls, and equipment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete cleaning of our 250,000 sq. foot facility including all bathroom facilities: locker rooms, cardiac rehab, tennis, kids corner, and family locker rooms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation is a high priority. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Working knowledge of general cleaning chemicals and procedures Good analytical skills Ability to work independently Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work in a team environment Ability to report to work on time and flex hours when needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

Our facility is well lit, properly ventilated, and climate controlled. Requires the use of cleaning products and proper PPE equipment.
