$15.00/hour 40 hours a weekQualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to operate and perform minor maintenance on building machinery and equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional rapport in dealing with others.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Mt.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times, including, but not limited to classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, grounds, etc.
- Clear snow, ice, and debris from walks and steps as appropriate.
- Keep grounds free from rubbish.
- Move furniture or equipment within buildings as required for various activities and as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Maintain an awareness and comply with federal, state, local, district, and building policies, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
