• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Custodian will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to ensure our buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Duties:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning practices.
