Part Time:

Mid day shift 3hrs per day. You could work from 1pm-4pm or 2pm-5pm

Rotating Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday Weekly Pay!!!! We are seeking a proactive and energetic Cleaning Tech / Day Porter (1099) to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are properly sanitized, well-maintained, and visually appealing for staff, clients, and visitors alike. As a key member of our facilities team, you will perform a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly for resolution. Ability to complete General Cleaning task each shift, while conducting yourself professionally. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mop, and sanitation tools, broom and dust ban, trash liners etc. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures including proper storage, mixing, and disposal of cleaning agents. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed. Strong adherence to safety protocols and ability to follow detailed instructions for sanitation standards.
