This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and presentable for staff, visitors, and clients alike. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere while developing valuable custodial skills. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility. Clean restrooms, common areas thoroughly Conduct industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of hard surfaces using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents. Support custodial operations by organizing supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working condition. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Able to drive and has a driver's license. Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning tools.
