The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning procedures. Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling techniques. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
