Ohana Clean is hiring a friendly, dependable technician who enjoys helping people and takes pride in their work. No carpet cleaning experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training from day one. We're looking for someone eager to learn, build skills, and grow with our team. • Fully equipped company vans for customer jobs.
• Performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction and job efficiency.
• Daytime shifts starting at 8:45 a.m. and typically ending between 3-6 p.m. Workdays vary. What You'll Do Clean carpets, rugs, and other surfaces in homes and businesses.
• Listen to customers' concerns, explain our process, and answer questions.
• Walk customers through the finished results.
• Maintain equipment and keep company vehicles clean and organized. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Friendly personality and clear communication.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with active, physical work, including lifting equipment weighing 50-75 lbs.
