•Woodbury / St Paul / Minneapolis / Twin Cities area We're growing at Cleaning MoJo and looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not hourly employment). You are paid per job , not by the hour.

Earnings:

Jobs are priced so most cleaners effectively earn ~$22

•35+/hr depending on speed & quality Our top cleaner highest earnings is $34/hr (not including tips) over the last months Our average performer earnings is around $28/hr (not including tips) over the last month (Again — pay is per job, these are effective hourly averages) What you'll be doing: Cleaning residential homes (standard & deep cleans) Following checklists for each job Taking pride + ownership in your work Showing up on time and being professional with clients

Requirements:

2+ years of professional cleaning experience Reliable transportation Able to work independently Detail-oriented and takes accountability Must speak basic English Must have or be willing to get basic insurance (quick & easy, can be less than $30/mo)
