Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Pull trash
• Vacuum carpets, sweeping, mopping
• Keep all areas dust free
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Handle customer requests
• Other duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload. Lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Good attendance record
