A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We're seeking reliable, hard-working contract cleaners to join our team for the busy summer season! Our team keeps beautiful Airbnb and short-term rental properties guest-ready. This is active, hands-on work with opportunities to work both independently and alongside teammates. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough, high-standard cleaning of Airbnb/STR properties between guests Deep cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, linens (depending on property), and all surfaces Restock amenities and ensure properties meet our strict quality standards Drive between multiple properties in a day Work flexible hours - mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed Ability to work solo on some jobs or as part of a small team on others What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in doing high-quality work Excellent physical fitness - this is very physical work (lifting, bending, moving furniture, stairs, etc.) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you'll drive between properties) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team player when needed Previous experience cleaning Short-Term Rentals (STRs) or Airbnbs is a major plus!
