Job Summary Maintains floors, bathrooms, and offices throughout the store. About Concord Food Cooperative Concord Food Co-op is a natural foods grocery store, bakery, and café with locations in Concord, NH and New London, NH. A pillar of Main St., the Co-op strives to support and enhance the New Hampshire community by only stocking ethically-sourced natural foods and through positive cooperative action in-store and in the community.

Requirements:

Essential Job Duties Sweep, vacuum, and or/dry mop the entire main floor of store, vestibule, back hallway and stairs Sweep and/or dry mop floors in office hallway Wash entire main floor of store Clean and stock all restrooms Clean breakroom Vacuum and empty trash in offices once a week Wash floors downstairs once a week Available for night and weekend shifts Keep paper products, soap and other dispensers filled. Identify and report possible maintenance repairs. Sweep and mop floors. Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces. Clean, dust and disinfect surfaces. Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Move heavy equipment and furniture to ensure thorough cleaning. Additional duties as assigned Essential Skills Attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Ability to take direction and work independently Ability to multi-task and good organizational skills Essential Mental & Physical Requirements Works with direction from the Customer Service Manager Performs a limited number of tasks independently Standing for long periods, bending, walking, and reaching Ability to climb up and down and stairs daily Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed Experience and Educational Requirements There are no educational requirements, though prior experience is a plus.
