Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for surface cleaning, dusting, and sanitation of different areas. Conduct outdoor work such as trash removal, outdoor surface cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness of exterior spaces when needed. Assist with residential housekeeping tasks by dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to meet client expectations. Manage manual handling activities involving heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while following proper safety protocols. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or requests to ensure satisfaction. Maintain organized supplies inventory and report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly. Experience Prior janitorial or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as floors, carpets, tiles, and countertops is advantageous. Experience with cleaning detergents and sanitation products ensures effective use of supplies while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing or buffing is a plus. Outdoor work experience helps in managing exterior cleanliness tasks efficiently. Strong time management skills are essential for completing daily duties within scheduled periods. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance is required.
