Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, aerobics classrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct detailed custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers to ensure shiny, well-maintained flooring. Be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team members. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Support industrial cleaning projects by handling specialized tasks such as deep cleaning or equipment sanitation when required. Ability to complete cleaning tasks with attention to time management Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and properly stored for efficient operations. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred. Familiarity with machine cleaning techniques Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning machinery. Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly.
