Come join the McGrory Glass team as an Office Services Associate and play an important role in helping us maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our employes, clients and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, this energetic position will ensure cleanliness across two manufacturing plant offices located in close proximity to each other in Paulsboro, NJ. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of office restrooms, lunch and break rooms and common areas at each facility Conduct occasional janitorial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Use cleaning products effectively while following safety guidelines and procedures Additional tasks and duties as needed Skills Experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and practices Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Ability to work independently Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout workday Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks is a plus but not required Ability to maneuver throughout work areas including occasional ladder use Valid driver's license is required
