We specialize in premium window cleaning, pressure washing, house soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior surface restoration. We provide paid, hands-on training and will teach the right person our proven systems and techniques. What You'll Do Clean residential and commercial windows using professional techniques and equipment Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on homes and exterior surfaces Clean gutters, roofs, concrete, fences, patios, and other exterior surfaces Safely operate ladders, pressure washing equipment, water-fed poles, and other specialized tools Drive company vehicles to customer properties throughout South Jersey Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance Inspect, maintain, and care for company equipment and vehicles Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Who You Are Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up prepared each day Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to safely lift and carry ladders, equipment, and materials weighing up to 75 pounds as needed Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional communication and customer service skills Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Committed to maintaining a clean, professional appearance while representing the company Experience Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, painting, roofing, maintenance, or other hands-on trades is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
