CNY Cleaning Solutions is hiring a dependable, hardworking Commercial Cleaning Floater to join our team. This isn't your typical cleaning position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and understands that showing up, doing the job right, and supporting their teammates matter. As a floater, you'll travel between different commercial properties throughout the Syracuse area, provide coverage when needed, and help ensure our buildings consistently meet our cleaning standards. What You'll Be Doing Travel to multiple commercial cleaning locations throughout the Syracuse area and surrounding communities. Provide cleaning coverage for scheduled absences, call-offs, and staffing needs. Perform thorough, detailed cleaning beyond basic trash removal and floor care. Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, kitchens, breakrooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces. Dust surfaces, baseboards, ledges, corners, fixtures, and other commonly overlooked areas. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and perform additional floor care as needed. Identify areas that need extra attention and take the initiative to address them. Communicate with supervisors regarding building conditions, supplies, and cleaning needs. Assist teammates and help maintain consistent service across our accounts. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the greater Syracuse area. Flexibility to work at different client locations. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting supplies, and repetitive movements, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to follow cleaning instructions, safety procedures, and company standards. Previous commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred. Pay:
