Job Overview Pristine X Clean LLC is seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Professionals to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout our service areas. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work, can work independently, and are committed to providing an excellent client experience. Contractors have the flexibility to accept cleaning opportunities based on their availability and service area. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other specialty cleaning services. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential and/or commercial cleaning according to the scope of each assigned job. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other designated spaces. Perform dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and other general cleaning tasks. Complete deep-cleaning tasks when included in the client's service. Perform add-on services when accepted, such as interior refrigerator, oven, cabinet, baseboard, or interior window cleaning. Follow the specific cleaning checklist and job instructions provided for each service. Provide your own appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately for different surfaces. Arrive at accepted jobs on time and complete services within the expected timeframe. Communicate promptly and professionally regarding scheduling, access issues, client requests, or concerns. Inspect completed work to ensure the service meets Pristine X Clean's quality expectations before leaving the property. Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and property at all times. Promptly report damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues encountered during a service. Qualifications At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred. Experience with residential, commercial, housekeeping, janitorial, or similar cleaning services. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Reliable and professional. Strong time-management skills. Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and methods for common household surfaces. Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and carrying cleaning supplies/equipment. Must have reliable transportation or another reliable means of traveling to accepted jobs. Must have a smartphone and be able to communicate reliably regarding assigned jobs. Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Nice to Have Experience with laundry folding, home organization, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and post-construction cleaning is a plus. Independent Contractor Opportunity This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity , not an employee position. Contractors may choose which available jobs they wish to accept based on their availability and preferred service area. Compensation is provided per completed job , with job details and compensation communicated before acceptance.
