Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock kitchen stations before service. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service. Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization. Communicate and work well with the kitchen team. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or chef preferred. Experience with Indian cuisine is a plus (training available for the right candidate). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
