Conduct heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices for moving supplies, furniture, or equipment as needed. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring proper waste disposal. Operate cleaning machinery including vacuums, floor buffers, and industrial cleaning tools to uphold cleanliness standards. Support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the proper handling of chemical agents. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums effectively. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete daily cleaning routines efficiently. Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
