We clean homes, businesses, and vacation rentals, helping our clients enjoy clean, comfortable spaces without judgment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows directions, communicates well, and cares about the details. Cleaning experience is welcome, but we're happy to train someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll receive hands-on training before working independently, with continued guidance and support along the way. Responsibilities Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas according to each property's checklist Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop, including edges, corners, and other easily missed areas Straighten beds, change linens when requested, and prepare vacation rentals for arriving guests Empty trash and restock supplies as needed Use the correct products and tools for each surface Read job notes, complete digital checklists, and report damage, concerns, or low supplies Care for company equipment and keep supplies clean and organized Complete a final check before leaving each property Respect clients
