Job Overview We are seeking a part-time position 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM Monday through Friday for a dedicated and detail-oriented carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, artificial turf cleaning technician. You will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Must be able to speak and understand English, and also have a valid drivers license. Responsibilities Perform carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, artificial turf cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning methods. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to determine the best cleaning approach based on fabric type and condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Personal hygiene is extremely important to maintain a good impression to the clients and respect to the people you work with.
